My Dream Ranch In BC

The ranch will have 10,000 acres and backing a natural park, which I can go through. 

There will be a full working ranch with Bed/Breakfast inn on the site and full stables with rental horses and owned horses.

The property will be the Dream home overlooking a valley with a creak running westward to the Pacific Ocean.  Off in the distance on the right you can see the ocean.  Straight ahead you can see the mountains off to the left you can see snow capped mountains.

The house has an indoor pool with a rock garden with a steam flowing into the pool

There is a hot tub and sauna under and around the pool deck in a dug out cave behind the rock garden.

The house has an underground garage on the right side with entrance from the basement, which has a solid view of the mountains with an incased far wall that extends the width and height of the house.

There are 3 bedrooms.  2 guest suites with mini kitchen /bed /bath /living area.

The left one looks out over the rock garden/stream and the pool/ greenhouse with a patio looking over the pool and beyond.

That room has a sunroom and a living area/bedroom/mini kitchen.

The other wing the right side has an outdoors patio overlooking the valley, this deck extend out over the garage/and no closed in area, just to the left which is the main living area. The view is on the woods to the right and front to the valley.

n this room is a kitchenette/bathroom/bedroom living area. (You can get down to the garage from the far right side of the deck to the twisted driveway that goes under the deck to the garage (enough area to turn at the base and in front of the garage.  Down there is an outside entrance to the basement.

From the garage is an entrance to the basement rec. area under the main living area.  There are stairs that goes up to the main living area on the other side of that room. Other stairs being the far wall that the pool area is under.  In that room is a large dance floor and pool table and corner bar.  In the other corner is the drum set /synthesizer /computer where i can create music.

In the other corner before the stair is a divider wall so there is a large flat screen and couches / living area, relaxing area.

in the back is a hall way, on the left (towards the garage is that entrance to the outside, in front and various rooms are storage area (smaller in depth/ because the house in on a cliff.  There is a change room/bathroom before the pool entrance.  In the pool area, to the right and in front is a cliff wall / natural stone and continue on is the shallow end of the pool.  In the pool... the right side is a greenhouse with tall plants growing but you can still see lots of the view and the ceiling is also glass, which collects the sunlight that warms the class and the area and heats the pool and air around so simulate greenhouse. Toward the middle of the pool you can look back and see the patio above to the guestroom, straight ahead to the wall is the deep end with a diving board. The cliff wall behind it is jazzed and carved out of the cliff face/ or simulated replica with ivy growing on parts.

out on to the deck under the rock face with the rock garden and stream flowing on the right site is the sauna area. Back into the main area/ right is the bathroom to the left is the elevator that goes up to the main floor and up to the top floor. It's an old-school elivator. A little further you get out to the basement main area.

Up on the main floor there is the kitchen area with island and ahead in a cold storage room, further to the center of the house here is a lounge area above is high vaulted ceiling that goes up to the second floor and window pointing south.  The main area to the left is the main office beside that coatroom; the other entrance to the office has a hallway with bathroom to the west (behind the corner lounge area) and a small bedroom across the hall. East from the center of the house is towards the guest room with outside deck as mentioned earlier. And west is the other guest room/house as mentioned earlier.  From the center of the house past the kitchen island toward the main entrance of to the right is the main formal dining room with long table and pictures on the north and west wall hanging plates with low time Belgian style.  Towards the left (south) are the windows that overlook the front patio.  Onto the main entrance going out side is the front porch that is covered that extends to the end of the dining room to the one side and to the end of the office to the other.  Out side on the heated stone walkway is a circular driveway with fountain in middle.  The lawn is grass and plants and flowers by the house on the both guestroom/house on either side.  On the far left side (west) is just a lawn with an outside entrance to the house, which goes down a bit on the side of the house with the incased pool. …. Or not it just could be forest and lawn goes only to the edge of the house/wall of the pool.  The driveway goes to the east between the house and the triple garage, is the driveway that does down toward the back of the house.  Now down the driveway, long and narrow once you get past the yard narrow meaning grass in middle wide on either side.  Goes to a clearing with a parking lot and the log cabin.  The log cabin is for the gatekeeper who handles whose going to the house and whose going up to the ranch hotel and stables.

Going toward the main road is a long twisted/ heated driveway that goes out to the main road, the driveway fans out. On the far end of that is an old fashioned telephone booth with an old phone connected directly to the gatekeeper’s house. The driveway has no gate, just a house address on the mailbox beside the phone booth.
